Measure the window, wall or tree you want to cover, then pick the size closest to it:

• 1×1 m: small windows, bedroom walls and smaller trees
• 2×2 m: most standard windows and full-size trees
• 3×3 m: big windows, sliding doors and feature walls

Every size has the same 400 lights. A bigger size makes a bigger picture with more space between the lights (about 5 cm, 10 cm and 15 cm apart), so the 3×3 m looks best from across the room or from outside.

Yes. Drape the net over the front of your tree and the pictures and animations wrap around it. The 2×2 m suits most full-size trees. It works on windows, walls, bedheads and curtain rails too.

Each light is one dot in the picture, so everything looks like bold, blocky pixel art, like a retro video game. Santas, trees, snowflakes and scrolling messages look great, and they look best from a few steps back.

The app comes with built-in Christmas designs and animations, lets you type your own messages, and lets you draw your own designs dot by dot. Music mode makes the lights move to whatever's playing.

With the free app on your phone (iPhone and Android, over Bluetooth), or with the remote that comes in the box for quick changes. The remote needs a battery, which isn't included.

It runs off USB, so plug it into a USB wall plug (a normal phone charger works), a power bank or a laptop. No electrician or special adapter needed.

Not at all. Hang the top edge from a curtain rod or a few hooks (removable adhesive hooks work well), or drape it over your tree. Plug it in, connect the app, and you're glowing in a few minutes.

It's made for indoor use. To light up the street, hang it inside a front window facing out. Passers-by see it just the same.

Yes. Pick any size for each light in your pack, for example a 2×2 m for the lounge window and a 1×1 m for the bedroom. The bundle saving applies either way.

If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or isn't with you within 30 days, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. If your lights are faulty, email a photo to glowzychristmas@gmail.com and we'll replace or refund them. Nothing to send back.
