Free tracked shipping

Every order ships free with tracking. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: usually 10–14 days from when you order. Follow your tracking link for the latest estimate.

Our promise

Faulty or broken items. If your advent calendar arrives faulty or damaged, send a photo with your order number through our Contact page. We'll send you a replacement or give you a refund. You don't need to send anything back.

Lost, damaged or late parcels. If your parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or hasn't reached you within 30 days of your order, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. This applies to every order, whether or not you added Shipping Protection.

Change of mind. We don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

How to make a claim

  1. Message us through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the problem (for a parcel that hasn't arrived, just your order number).
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days.
  3. Replacements are shipped free. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show within 5–10 business days.

We cover all costs of making a claim.

Shipping Protection (optional add-on)

Every order is already covered if the parcel is lost, damaged or late (see above). Shipping Protection adds:

  • Porch theft cover: if tracking shows your parcel was delivered but it was stolen, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.
  • Replacement sent first: if your parcel is lost or damaged, we ship your replacement as soon as you tell us, without waiting for the carrier's investigation.

Cancelling an order

Message us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund everything, including any add-ons.

Your address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us straight away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the consumer laws of your country.
